TAC time is about 25h15m so it is time for the 25 hour AeroVee maintenance.
Drained the oil, cleaned the screen, reassembled using RTV at the base of the nuts to help seal the threads, and refilled with 20W50 Valvoline VR1. I never had to add any oil during the 15 hours since the last oil change. Sent a sample of the oil in for analysis.
Torqued the heads and adjusted the valves. The head nuts needed 1/8-1/4 turn to reach the desired torque. This is less then the last head torque at 10 hours.
Checked spark plug condition and gaps. All still in spec.
Updated the engine log book with the maintenance information.
